The
West Catholic Art Club is a group of students who assemble on the first Thursday
of each month to plan an activity or service project for the month. Although
the Art Club is generally comprised of art students, students need not be enrolled
in an art class.
Membership requires a love of the arts.
The Art Club meets every first Thursday of the month at 7:40 AM and 3:05PM, in the Art room. All Art Club members are required to attend before or after school.

Courtyard Clean Up
In September of 2002 for two days, the Art Club painted, weeded, raked, shoveled,
layed woodchips, and took out dead trees in an effoert to clean up the courtyard
that is home to many sculptures created by the Design class over the years.

The Art Club painted the Northwest Post Office windows for Christmas with a
9'x45' scene
in November 2002.
